What was it I said about a new podcast??????? Well, Idid start it but my special dj type programme thingummy jig fucked up and I have had to put that on hold, for now!!!! Instead I'm putting up something I've been waiting for for the best part of 11 months the debut album by Glasvegas!!!!!!!

A "new" band to get truly excited about in an ocean of Scouting For Girls', One Night Onlys and Hoosiers etc etc etc, it may be showing my age to tell you this but it seems i'm not the only one who feels this way if all the plaudits from NME, Alan McGee, Tim Burgess and Carl Barat are anything to go by. This is a band whose songs and sound and image actually mean something in an age where so called style is favoured over content and its no wonder that Wombats fans hate them. Fuck Wombats fans and fuck the fads, this is the real deal!!!!
