I was doing a bit of tidying up yesterday(the nearest thing to a resolution that I’ve bothered with this year!) and I found this great comedy album that I haven’t listened to for a few months.
TODD BARRY – FALLING OFF THE BONE
I can’t remember, how I heard him originally but it was probably at the start of 2005 when I heard of his affiliation with David Cross, who I started worshipping about this time last year, so I bought this Cd and it didn’t disappoint. Todd Barry’s style is pretty unique, so laid-back he’s almost horizontal, his delivery unlike you hear from most stand-up comedians. He is a good comic for music fans because he does a lot of stuff about music, musicians and music fans, see track 21-New Wilco Album for instance!
If you like a laugh, and you’ve not heard this odd looking, odd sounding great comedian then get a load of this.
Download this as well, you really should.
